Megan Jordan PT, DPT

Hi, I'm Megan Jordan, owner and founder of Rewired Movement Physical Therapy and Performance. As an experienced physical therapist, I opened my own practice to provide continuity of care with one-on-one sessions dedicated to helping you achieve your wellness and fitness goals. I’m committed to providing exceptional care in a supportive and encouraging environment that helps you stay motivated and confident throughout your rehabilitation journey.

I’m originally from Washington and earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from University of Puget Sound, where I built a strong foundation in evidence-based care, rehabilitation techniques, and patient-centered treatment. I’ve enhanced my professional expertise through specialized training and certifications. I am currently a clinical instructor at the University of Puget Sound, where I enjoy mentoring physical therapy students.

Before becoming a physical therapist, I played collegiate soccer at a Division 1 school. My background as an athlete fuels my passion for helping others stay active, recover from injuries, and perform at their best — whether you're an athlete or simply wanting to move and feel better.

My goal is to empower you to regain strength, improve mobility, and reduce pain. I customize each treatment plan to your unique needs —whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or striving to enhance your physical performance. Specializing in orthopedic physical therapy, pelvic health, manual therapy, sports performance, and dry needling, I work with each patient to help them rewire their body and reach their full potential.

When I’m not in the clinic, you can find me working out, trying new recipes, hiking with my dog Ramsey, enjoying the beach, and spending quality time with family and friends.

I am excited to work with you and help you get back to doing what you love!
